Job Description
The UI/UX Analyst is responsible for establishing the overall application look and feel, as well as designing, communicating, and executing all user interface screens for each business requirement. This role works closely with the Business Analyst and Technical Lead in the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in UI/UX Design or Graphic Design is preferred.
- 3+ years IT-related design experience.
- Experience with designing to a set of standards such as the World Wide Web Consortium, Web accessibility standards - 3 years.
- Experience with wireframing - 3 years.
- Experience with prototyping - 3 years.
- Experience using Figma or a related design tool - 3 years.
- Design Portfolio Must Be Attached - Required.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with project team to ensure understanding of the requirements, functionality, size, scalability, and usability of the IT solution.
- Examine existing business processes and systems to develop a full representation of the system’s interface design and usability.
- Participate in requirement gathering meetings and brainstorm sessions with business owners to identify product usability concerns and desires.
- Lead the overall visual design and usability of the product through applicable design patterns, screen layout decisions, and usability testing.
- Create sketches, wireframes, and mockups of user interface screens according to requirements adhering to standards and ADA requirements.
- Review wireframes for business requirements and technical feasibility before presenting solutions to the business.
- Perform usability and accessibility testing to ensure conformance with best practices and standards.

Pay: $38.51 - $46.37 per hour
