Job Description
We are looking for a designer driven by curiosity to sketch and create prototypes that assess the viability of the team’s ideas. You will influence the vision for scaling Indeed Flex, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with various disciplines to grow our product suite. Requirements
- 3 - 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing design process
- Experience with Android/iOS native design
- Ability to create solutions for complex user problems
- Interest in co-creation of new products and systems
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of WCAG 2.0; experience with AA standards preferred
- Organized, responsible, and able to work on multiple projects
