Job Description

The UX Junior Designer role at Advanced Systems Group, LLC involves evaluating existing sites and products for usability, planning and implementing new UX projects, conducting user research, creating mock-ups and prototypes using Figma, organizing user testing, making recommendations based on user feedback, and exploring ways to gather and incorporate users’ feedback. The role requires strong business acumen, communication skills, design system thinking, and attention to detail.

Requirements

The qualifications and experience required for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent practical experience, 3-5 years of experience as a UX or Production Designer, proficiency in Figma, experience in representing UX concepts like user-centric design and accessibility, ability to implement visual design systems across various devices, a portfolio showcasing projects and contributions, and experience in applying established brand and product principles to new projects. Candidates should also be able to produce pixel-perfect assets and have knowledge of hardware.

Compensation & Benefits
