Job Description
This freelance position is for a Social Media Specialist in a corporate setting, working 40 hours a week during standard business hours. The role involves establishing best practices for multiple pharma brand teams, instructing on proper usage, creating playbooks and templates, creating new social media channels for brands, and ensuring proper access and security. The focus is on compliance, brand standards, and usage requirements for social media channels used to reach Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Consumers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of corporate Social Media experience
- Working knowledge of Khonos, Sprinklr, or Sprout
- Ability to work independently and recognize areas for process improvement
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
