As a Motion Graphic Designer & Editor at Marketing for Change Co., you will be part of a creative and research agency dedicated to inspiring positive behavior change. Your work will involve creating motion graphic videos, editing short-form marketing videos for various platforms, and collaborating with different departments to convey video concepts effectively to clients. You will need to have strong video editing skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a willingness to learn and keep up with the latest technologies trends is essential in this role.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing, motion graphics, user-generated content creation, and concept development for short-form videos. Additional skills such as After Effects editing experience, graphic design, lighting design, and scriptwriting are a plus. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a desire to make a positive impact through your work are also necessary for this role.
