I was a process manager in a mega construction company for about 2 years. I helped the company to identify its process bottlenecks and provided them with information to redeem the consequences. after that and to this day I helped another company to gather data about projects and to handle them for management reports. reports were made in the shape of data dashboards and were analyzed by me and my colleagues for better understanding. to put it short, I always tried to be innovative in the work process and to use gathered data to mitigate effects of bad data, enhancing work efficiency. in addition to the aforementioned jobs, I did a great work as a strategic planner specialist and report producer for health sector. we created a series of strategic reports in health, steel, connected cars and lately water sector.
