FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NY - Collaborated with a product strategist to redesign an internal tool's dashboard, improving information accessibility and reducing support needs. - Conducted user interviews and workshops to map the user journey, identifying key touchpoints and pain points to inform design improvements. - Led an ADA audit of internal software, identifying and resolving accessibility issues to achieve compliance. - Created a step-by-step ADA audit guide for client teams, enabling them to maintain WCAG 2.0 standards independently. - Educated client teams through training sessions and workshops on performing accessibility audits, using design tools, and following design best practices. - Obtained Level 2 security clearance as part of the role requirements.
