    The goal for this project was to develop a lyric video for Mizizi Yetu Music Band, a 5 member Kenyan music band. "Mizizi" means Roots and "Yetu" means Ours thus Mizizi Yetu translates to Our Roots. They sing in Swahili, Sheng (slang) and English with a target for youth age group and their songs revolve around Love, Fun and Growth. We selected one of their songs called "Marianna". The song is about a young man confessing and wooing his love for a girl called Marianna.
