ACHIEVEMENTS AND OUTCOMES DELIVERED Wellnest Health Sales have significantly increased after successfully redesigning and launching their public-facing website. Year-on-year insights for 2022 to 2023: their legacy website increased by 8.57%. After I launched their new website in early December 2023, figures for 2024 have increased significantly: January increased year-on-year by 27.08%, February’s increase was 8.51%, March's 10.41% and April’s year-on-year is up by 25.26%. I redesigned the MKAir website to make it easier for customers to navigate and market to their intended audience of large construction companies. As a result of the new design, the company has experienced a significant drop in unwanted calls and emails from the wrong customer segment. MKAir landed two significant Victoria Government Big Build contracts, one of which was the Preston Station upgrade. LV Group's website redesign increased the click rate by 57%; from January to May, 722 new users joined, and the average engagement time increased from 48 seconds to 2 minutes and 43 seconds.
