I am a Northern Irish music writer, who specialises in both songwriting and and midi scoring. In 2010 I was invited to work freelance for Belfast’s Score Draw Music and since then I have been given the title of ‘In house-writer’ for the company. Through the company I have written for numerous global TV shows, including the theme tune for PBS America’s Pinkalicious and Peteriffic, and songs for 82 of the episodes. I was the main vocalist for the award winning feature documentary ROAD (narrated by Liam Neeson), and also provided episode vocals for all 100 episodes of Nickelodeon’s Lily’s Driftwood Bay.
I have attended many song-writing camps through the years in order to meet and collaborate with other writers, and improve my skills and talents as a composer and lyricist. These have included Tileyard Studios in 2017, Nashville Songwriters Camp 2018 and the L.A. Sync Mission 2019, as well as many Irish Song camps throughout the years. These experiences have not only provided me with the opportunity to work with some incredible writers, performers and producers, but have given me the opportunity to have my songs submitted to music shortlists for Netflix commissioned TV shows.
I have worked for several years as a freelance musician and professional vocalist. I have dedicated my entire working life to my music and have been fortunate enough to make a living from it. I play live gigs on a regular basis around Belfast to not only provide extra income to my household, but to make sure I’m constantly developing my performance skills and crafts as a musician.
