Erin Lang (Montreal, Canada) is a musician and composer now based in Berlin Germany. Her main instruments are harp, guitar, electric bass and synths and she works with an exceptional team of musicians form the jazz and experimental music scenes in Berlin filling out percussion woodwinds, brass and strings for any given project. She leads the 5 piece band ‘Foundling’ based in Berlin and tours internationally. She has performed in many esteemed venues in Europe including the Berlin and Paris Philharmonies supporting friend and contemporary Agnes Obel. Foundling has released 3 studio albums and has recently released the fourth ‘Equilibria’ in 2024. It will be followed by an instrumental ambient harp album ‘Artemisia’ in Spring 2025. From her work in Foundling, Lang has been invited to collaborate with directors and visual artists creating the soundtracks to several projects and found an immediate love of working in film. She deeply enjoys bringing projects to the place where the director’s vision leads, creating auditory emotional landscapes to support the needs of the production.
