Iam an Italian filmmaker and journalist based in Cambridge. I love filming and writing, the music, photography, and arts in general. I graduated in Communication Science at the University Suor Orsola Benincasa in Naples (Italy) with a thesis about the Irony in Advertising, before earning a Master in Film and Tv Production at the Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, with a thesis entitled “Music first” about the American film director Quentin Tarantino’s use of music. Among my film productions there is “Enlightened windows” , an observational documentary filmed in Cambridge, inspired by artists such as Edward Hopper, film directors like Hitchcock with his Rear Window, and photographers such as Gail Albert Halaban and Michael Wolf. My main documentary is about “The Castle of Otranto”, the first ever gothic novel by the English author Horace Walpole, set in the castle of Otranto in southern Italy.
