I have collaborated with diverse range of clients of varying sizes on digital products spanning SaaS, Ed-Tech, Government, Ad-Tech, Web3, Charity, and more, delivering effective and impactful user experiences. I work directly with stakeholders, product managers and development teams to collaborate and solve user problems aligned with business objectives. I am use to managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously requiring effective time management, organisations, prioritisation of workload and clear communication I have experience across the UX process, from strategy and research all the way to design, adapting to project needs. I have created a number of new Design Systems in Figma for clients and contributed to existing systems. I work closely with teams to prioritise design work based on effort and impact for both users and the team. As well as advocating for further ideation, research and testing based on impact, risk and assumptions. In the past I have improved client’s internal processes in order to facilitate better collaboration between developers and designers, that resulted in a higher quality final output.
