The team explored the idea of opening up some walls to showcase a flexible layout to potential buyers, demonstrating creative ways to utilize the space. Regarding the design theme, the team boldly chose a dark timber color as the overall base palette, with injections of grayish tones and soft leather touches to bring out a modern contemporary look for this show unit.…

    The aim of the project is to curate a high-end luxury modern living space for the Terra Hill Condominium show unit. The project was completed during my tenure with Index Design. Together with the team, we explored the spatial usage of every corner of the unit to ensure it was well-planned for various activities, demonstrating a multi-use condominium lifestyle. In terms of design, we used timber contrasted with the light, soft touch of fabric and carpet, bringing in a sense of modern elegance and a hospitality mood. With the combination of functionality and aesthetics, it gives potential buyers a clear vision of what they can have for their future home. This project successfully won the "Luminary Award (Best of the Best) in Residential Design - Showflat" at SIDA 2023.
