    paper UX/UI App Design for a Fintech Neo-Banking Space

    Today is a digital payout solution, replacing cash. Hospitality workers can get paid instantly and allows thousands of dollars saved in admin costs.

    My role: I was one of the lead UX/UI designers to work alongside the team to design user interface and user experience of the app.

    I worked on identifying the different user journey stages that solves the main pain points which is “how can restaurant employee’s get their gratuities paid instantly”. The target market needs to be able to feel safe while using the app, receive their funds to their virtual wallet, and be able to spend/save as they please.

    As the Lead UX/UI Designer, my goal was to elevate Playlog’s user experience by implementing design solutions that align with the emotional and functional needs of users. Building on my background in user-centered design, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to create an intuitive platform for users to document events, preserve memories, and create a digital space for shared moments. My experience at Playlog included developing a comprehensive design system and ensuring that the UI met both visual and functional standards.
