Hi! I’m Mariana Ramírez Uzcategui, a Spanish/Venezuelan Graphic and Motion Designer with over 12 years of experience. My degree in Visual Communication and Master in Digital Direction equip me with skills in organizing information, content hierarchy, composition, color, and storytelling through script-writing, storyboarding, cinematography, and animation. I've worked in Venezuela, France, India, Spain, and Italy, experiencing diverse cultures and honing my design skills. This global exposure has enhanced my ability to tackle communication challenges and adapt to various design methods and project management styles. I've also learned the values of respect, empathy, adaptability, and discipline. I taught motion graphics and graphic design at a private school in Torino for three years, designing a course that emphasized knowledge transfer and student empowerment. One of my dreams is to create animated films to raise awareness about community issues. Although a project on illegal gold mining in Venezuela is still on hold due to funding issues, it highlights my commitment to this goal. Currently, I collaborate with marketing teams to develop visual solutions, focusing on understanding client needs and audience engagement.
