Hi my name is Mikey and I'm a music composer and songwriter from Bristol, UK. I specialise in alternative electronic music production which includes genres such as industrial, ebm (electronic body music), synthwave, and darksynth. I write and produce music under the stage name "Mikey's On The Edge" but I also love writing music for films. I've had my music played in local clubs that are popular amongst the industrial/goth scenes and I've also worked with prominent musicians in the area on remixes. Previously, I've composed music for some short films while I was in college and university and I'm eager to work on more projects like that. I would absolutely love to work on horror and science fiction movies/short films as I think my skillset would be ideally suited for those genres. I'm also interested in sound design and foley, I don't have professional experience working in this field but I can provide a demo reel of personal projects I've completed. I would like to branch out into composition for video games in the future, again, I think my musical skillset would be ideal for the current surge in "retro" style games. I also have an interest in acting though I haven't yet had the opportunity to begin that journey.
