Education

national diploma in graphic design at Vaal University of technology
February 1, 2003 - November 30, 2007
My studies were a very hands on, analog before digital method of learning. I got to learn how to achieve graphic styles and techniques in real time, before going digital. From painting, analog illustrations using sharpies (yes, those things), typography exercises, to photography, using dark rooms. The education has a strong belief in developing a strong sense of conceptual development and understanding that computers are more of a tool an not the sum of the entire creative process.
