Omal is a Creative Group Head (Art based ) at DENTSU Grant, the oldest and one of the international agencies in Sri Lanka. Over a career spanning 15 years, he has worked on globally recognized and Sri Lanka’s premier brands, including Toyota, KFC, Singer, Microsoft,Western Union, Cathay Pacific, Maggi (Nestle), Ashok Steel, Sampath Bank and Ceylinco Insurance, among others. He is reliable, good-hu- moured and full of great ideas. Soon after graduating with a Diploma in Advertising Design from ACBT, Omal joined Grant McCann in 2005, and hit the ground running. Nine years and numerous awards later, he led the Art Directors in his team now work mainly on Sampath Bank, Toyota, Ceylinco Insurance and Ashok Steel. Omal has exceptional experience working on Sampath Bank, one of Sri Lanka’s leading commercial banks, and has virtually handled all their products and services. He has been responsible for several successful campaigns for Sampath Bank and boasts an intrinsic and intuitive knowledge of all their products.
