Growing up, sports were my life. I played every sport I could and took every opportunity to watch my favorite teams on television. As I continued to fall in love with sports, I realized I wanted to bring other people the opportunity to see TV the same way that I did. My degree in Media Production, Management, and Technology (Telecommunication) at the University of Florida will help make my dreams--and hopefully others'-- come true. I have dedicated my time at the University of Florida to honing my craft. I've been thoroughly involved at WUFT-TV, a news station local to the University of Florida that broadcasts to North Central Florida. My experience includes working with Ross XPression, Ross Carbonite switchers, and combining all of my experience to direct live newscasts. Recently, I've become involved with the in-house production of Gator sporting events as a freelance replay operator. I am an aspiring live television broadcaster looking for a full-time position in a related field to gain industry experience. I will be moving to the Atlanta area post-graduation. More recently, I have garnered interest in advanced sports statistics and general video production and would love to enter those fields as well.…Growing up, sports were my life.
