After graduation, I've contributed to many projects at different development companies. Most recently, at Discord, I developed a feature for our blog platform that allowed users to explore product updates, community stories, and announcements. When I worked at Discord, I was responsible for the frontend. It helped me develop strong leadership skills. While I was working on this project, I learned that ensuring the work was done correctly was more important than getting it done quickly. I’d like to talk about how I'm self-motivated. When I worked at Salesforce, the development team was large, and we only had one meeting per week. While this setup didn’t require intense daily work but I made it a point to stay fully committed and work to the best of my ability. Some colleagues thought my dedication was unusual, but I remained focused on my work without letting that affect me. As a result, I completed my tasks ahead of schedule, and our project manager was very impressed with my performance.
