A native of North West England, Rob spent his formative musical years in rock bands, becoming a studio assistant in late 90’s Manchester and Liverpool. After working alongside artists such as 808 State and Mr Scruff, Rob was inspired to build a studio and produce his own music, which has continued under various pseudonyms ever since. He then began 20 year professional career in TV audio, where Rob has split his time between Sound Design, Music Composition and Audio Engineering. Scoring more than 100 TV commercials and producing music for Documentaries, Films, TV Networks, Production Libraries and Corporate Branding along the way, Rob is a seasoned producer of music and sound design, working to exacting creative and technical standards for the most demanding commissioners. Notable clients include MTV, KFC, Vitabiotics, Viacom and many national brands in the UK. Rob’s musical repertoire stretches from heavenly ambient soundscapes to extreme breakcore metal. He retains a fearless creative ethic, unafraid to traverse rules of genre, techniques of production, and established musical norms.
