I would describe my expertise as being able to simplify processes down to their simplest form. It's something that started as an unconscious process as a teen - my first simplification being in secondary school where I created a deck of visual revision cards explaining complicated scientific processes. I have always had an affinity towards visualising processes and their solutions. I have a proven track record of designing successful products from inception to fruition, and have played a pivotal role in securing over $10M in funding for various startups in the UK and US.WWWHey, I'm Sade, a Product (UX UI) Designer. Meganexus
MegaNexus is a service solution company that licenses their wellbeing management software to government backed businesses. My initial role required me to redesign the software for one of their clients, Reed Wellbeing.
• We conducted an intensive customer research phase that included a comprehensive survey, stakeholder interviews and focus groups. This enables us to improve other products in the MegaNexus portfolio.
• One of MegaNexus' goals was to increase sales of the white-labelled software. After completing the redesign not only did we improve sales (by 30% within the first 2 months) but we improved the speed that the sales team had to spend selling on calls.
• The redesign improved customer satisfaction leading to me being brought back to redesign the whole software for MegaNexus.
