I’m a multidisciplinary mixed media, digital/fine artist, painter & illustrator, cartoonist, collagist, designer, arts educator, visual media specialist & multi-genre published writer, technology journalist, blogger & poet with graduate training in creative healing. Highlights of my Digital Media experience include being part of an award-winning team as in-between character animator for Berenstain Bears CD-Interactive, worked on a software program as creative liaison, which is a role I have taken on in a variety of productions, archival, acquisitions and digital artist in studio production on Wyatt Earp CD ROM - see my IMDb link more to come on there soon, production coordinator for a large digital arts festival where I saved the producer six figures in labor costs, assorted illustration, cartooning, and graphic design freelance gigs, collaborated with various technology startups, lab work as Digital Media Associate at Banff Centre training visual artists in narrative themed residence. Technology Journalism articles published from Los Angeles Conference Circuit including Getty collaboration to launch California CultureNet at the Governors Conference on The Arts 1999. Creator of my own drawing method to patent, cartooning, collage, mixed media, drawing and expansive art curriculum in further development from child through adult with children’s media emphasis visually digitally and in creative writing with my own pet projects. Illustrated two private custom projects for children’s picture books. Grant recipient from Los Angeles Arts Recovery Fund post the L.A. Uprising for community work with at-risk youth teaching my cartooning course and later combining the two groups in a digital lab producing an animation exhibit, as an invited SIGKIDS participant at SIGGRAPH. I’ve worked in taught children, youth and adults from many walks of life and populations. Other work of note: Production Assistant for Morris Day Daydreaming album, NBC Affiliate Station Production Coordinator, event production small to large scale for corporate real estate company, festivals & corporate including producing own craft fair, with pioneers of the Electronic Cafe International (world’s first internet digital cafe theatrical productions), managed real estate developer’s Art In Public Places Program with Los Angeles Gallery Contacts & Artists plus architectural elevation drawings, blueprints, and put together slide shows, & folio packages.

    Business card I designed for myself using Canva with a digital scribble design that I am using as a banner across my social media present impart for consistent identifying purposes. I was excited to find this font and then play with the colors for wildest, imagining as a logo. This was my first foray into Canva with a completed graphic design project as an example of some of what I can do and also advertising more skill sets and creative and custom services I have to offer.
