Hey there ! I’m Sophie, I’ve been working as a filmmaker for over 10 years. 10 years, wow, that’s a lot of videos ! I graduated in **film making and editing** from a French cinema school (ESEC, in Paris). Since then, I’ve worked for different companies **in France and in Vancouver** (yes, I can work in English !), but recently I’ve felt the need to focus on personal projects and therefore started to look for freelance jobs so that I could manage my time the way I want to.
 Even when I’m not working, **I always have my camera with me** - and I move a lot ! I’ve lived in Paris, in Canada, in La Réunion Island, I practice yoga, I hike, I run… More than just travelling and moving around, each trip is a way of discovering and observing everything around me : nature, lighting, colors. I embrace slow living and that’s why I enjoy quiet activities such as reading, sewing or writing. **But what I enjoy the most is meeting new people from everywhere, and listen to their stories.
