I've been doing animation since 2008. I started doing it as a hobby in my local traditional animation school (for 8 years), which turned into a passion and ended up with me attending a Computer Animation Art and Design course at Bournemouth University. There I improved on my core skills and attained a proficiency in the use of Autodesk Maya, experiencing every part of the animation pipeline. I've always loved telling stories, so I focused my later development on sharing compelling narrative through effective character animation and performance, as well as improving my storytelling and character development skills. I've been complimented by multiple teachers for my resilience, will for improvement and effective use of feedback/criticism. Whilst working on team projects, I was always the person to step up when we were missing a required skill, gladly learning it efficiently from scratch, which helped expand my uses and general knowledge of film creation. I believe a project can never be perfect, that a product can always be improved and iterated upon.
