I've recently completed my role as the National Imaging Manager at Rogers Sports & Media. I was responsible for overseeing a team of 5 producers engaged in diverse formats. Our collaborative efforts consistently yielded award-winning station sound designs for our brands. The convergence of my passion for audio, radio, podcasting and advertising, found its perfect blend in my role, fulfilling a childhood dream that merged music and technology within the realm of radio. This dedication echoed through my loyalty, attitude, and academic achievements, acknowledged and honored by peers throughout my 19 years in the media/radio industry. I decided to branch out on my own terms to focus on my freelance projects. I currently freelance for Phantom Producer (Imaging service) for their AC and HOT AC format. Across my professional journey spanning various locations in Canada, I've honed exceptional leadership, management, and teamwork skills. I mentored my team, sharing insights to enhance their craft. I have also worked with advertising clients on a consistent basis, highlighting my dedication to always account for the commercial aspects of our industry in all my undertakings. Serving on the Radio Broadcasting Board of Directors at Canadore College from 2010 until the program's culmination in 2015, allowed me to shape curriculum relevance and layout in collaboration with faculty.
