Using a multi-channel approach, I launched highly targeted campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, focusing on audience segmentation and actionable content. One of the most effective strategies involved offering a free hacks guide to boost revenue for businesses, which drove significant engagement and captured high-intent MQLs. Additionally, endorsements from industry leaders such as Neil Patel highlighted bant.io’s automation tools as “game-changers” for B2B marketers, further establishing its authority and appeal in the lead generation space. The campaigns achieved a 35% average increase in MQLs and a 25% growth in SQLs, with an average cost per lead of £30.14 (Meta). With an average conversion rate of 3%, bant.io and Zopto successfully converted high-quality leads into customers, demonstrating the value of strategic Facebook Ads campaigns.     Study Group is a leading provider of international education, and its challenge was to produce more UGC that resonates with Gen Z, whilst fostering cross-team collaboration. I enhanced content production and team collaboration by organizing weekly meetings and implementing a customised social media calendar for 4 selected brands. My role involved researching top-performing posts from our channels to guide in-house marketing and creative services, revising content, and optimising and writing copy for distribution across Meta platforms and YouTube. We shared 49 brand-specific and 64 brand-agnostic UGC pieces, achieving 76% of our target. This resulted in an increase in video content, with 87% newly created and 13% repurposed.

    Insider faced the challenge of modernising its content strategy to align withevolving audience preferences while boosting engagement and revenue across itsmultilingual platforms (ES, IT, PT, FR). The goal was to seamlessly integrate short-form content on platforms like YouTube and Facebook without cannibalising theperformance of long-form content. Over the course of 2023, I implemented a strategic approach that introduced short-form content, including YouTube shorts and Facebook reels, achieving a balancedcontent mix that resonated with diverse audiences. short-form videos drove 48% of YouTube viewership, while Facebook reels increased engagement by 151% andgenerated a 600% MoM revenue spike in October for the Spanish page alone. Byoptimizing content selection, conducting keyword research for localised markets,refining copywriting, and managing community interactions, I ensured maximumengagement. Coordinating a team of translators, video editors, and accountmanagers, I streamlined workflows and maintained client satisfaction, deliveringmeasurable growth in reach, engagement, and revenue.
