Hello! I have 24 years of professional frontend experience and 8 years of backend/full stack experience. I have collaborated and led on the web side to build three products from scratch, most recently the High Yield Savings Banking product for PayPal. I was the web team tech lead: I orchestrated feature development across many internal and external teams, inner sourced code for other teams where we had dependencies, and worked with them for PR, QA, and deployment to production. I and my team created robust and living documentation and diagrams. I also led the scrum ceremonies across our HYS backend teams, native app teams, product, and design. I worked closely with the native app teams to ensure feature, logic, and delivery parity. I sorted UX, UI, analytics, and content requirements. I rolled with the dynamics of high staff turnover on multiple of the HYS teams. I did all of the production deployments for our web team, including our very first launch, for which there were a lot of approval hurdles. The initial launch was precluded by employee testing and governed by our banking partner Synchrony who gated our A/B testing.…Hello!
