Hello! My name is Anniella; I'm an Illustrator and Designer from Essex Junction, Vermont. On more than one occasion, I have been referred to as a "jack of all trades, master of all." I am a fast and enthusiastic learner and enjoy discovering new ways to create. Over the years, I have accrued proficiency in most art mediums and like employing those skills to enhance my traditional works, selecting my materials with the integrity of the piece in mind. I also have a love for digital art and have been doing commissions for over six years. Most recently, I designed the cover for Retired UNH Professor Carol Lucha-Burns's book, "Learn Thru Play: Creative Activities That Build Attention, Curiosity, and Collaboration." Along with designing the cover, I helped with text editing. Though Illustration is my focus, Graphic Design is something I have grown to love. In the Fall of 2023, the Communications Design students at Pratt Munson participated in the logo design contest for the American Heart Association's 50th Anniversary Heart Run & Walk. Each student was asked to create three possible logos for the event, all of which would be compiled and voted on by the public to be narrowed down to the top three logos. Of those three, one was chosen to be the final logo for the event. Two of my three designs were chosen to be in the top three, and one of those two was chosen to be the final logo. My design was made into an ice sculpture for the Mastrovito Hyundai Kick-off event. It was printed onto shirts and sweaters and was put onto billboards, the weather, and the news. At the event in March, I was interviewed during the telethon. The logo was also featured on pins, blankets, racer bibs, and other items! --- **Experience** **Illustration Commissions** Freelance _2019 - Present_ **Book Cover Design and Copy Editing for "Learn Thru Play"** Carol Lucha-Burns _May 2024 - June 2024_ **Illustration Lab Studio Technician** Pratt Munson _September 2022 - May 2024_ **AHA 50th Heart Run and Walk Logo** American Heart Association _October 2023_
