    In the rebranding project for Bandoengsche Melk Centrale 1928, my goal was to modernize the brand while preserving its rich historical roots. The challenge was to create a visual identity that appealed to a contemporary audience while respecting the legacy of the café, which dates back to 1928. I began by studying the brand’s history and target demographic to understand how to blend the past with the present. The design process involved updating the logo, color palette, and typography to reflect a more modern aesthetic while maintaining a vintage feel. I also revamped their social media presence, creating consistent, visually appealing content that highlighted both their heritage and current offerings. Through strategic use of photography and storytelling, the new branding not only refreshed the café's image but also increased customer engagement, successfully bridging the gap between tradition and modern consumer expectations.
