    This was a wonderful piece to make! I made it for a color course I took on color for muralism with local artists @elarincon and https://www.twine.net/signin I tried to process the end of a bright and beautiful relationship and the loss of my dog. It's swamped with symbols of mine and has so much meaning behind it, it really helped me to let go. The color process was very new to me, but I really enjoyed it! I like how it turned out, even if it never becomes a mural. Enjoy!

    This is a piece I started doing because it had been a while since I did any fan art! And no game has moved me so much as Zelda Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors. I loved Paya as a character and thought I would play a spinoff game centered on her and her wanderings and adventures. She deserves it! Initially, it was going to be a joint adventure between her and Link, but that idea got scratched relatively soon in the process. I like how this turned out!     This work was done in the context of a country-wide uprising that happened mid-pandemic. I felt so helpless trying to help a cause I had no direct relation with, and my mental state was not as stable as I would've wanted. The only thing left to do was represent the various heroes that defended the humanity left in all of us. The people.

    I did this mini-poster image for Crafting Kingdoms on a project of theirs, meant to produce boardgame-themed 3D-printed dioramas. We worked on a bunch of them! I finished them a while ago but only now get to post them here. Although I did some concept art, the character design was made by other people. I loved working on this image. I hope you enjoy them!

    Digital painting was done in Photoshop using Blender as a base, part of my idea to make one finalized personal image per month, done in Bogotá, Colombia. I also photobashed a ton of things into this piece. I wanted to think about what happens after an accidental death, or an early grave. I thought that maybe there's a God or creature tasked with bringing these beings back into existence to try again.
    uniE621 The Old Ways
    This was a study process that culminated in an Expo in Bogotá made by Kurolab collective, an expo where professionals and students could show their work side by side. It was very inspiring to see al the young talents up and coming! I thought of people praising and taking on a long pilgrimage to a relic of an old world we forgot. This postapocalyptic antennae keeps connecting people even after no devices are there to receive or send its microwaves. We keep praising channels of communication rather than the connection between us. I started with a gouache painting and pivoted to Blender to have different compositions and lighting conditions that would later be re-painted in Photoshop. I did a basic Antennae model, textured and positioned it to keep faithful to the shape I wanted. I needed the image to be primarily trichrome, reds, yellows, and blues from the gouache and kept that idea to the end. I am quite happy with what I learned.
