uniE621 Come on and take a bee ride!
Edmund likes bees. Bees think Edmund is funny because of the humorous songs he writes about them. Edmund looks heavy but is surprisingly light. So the bees humor him from time to time and let him tag along on “Bee errands”. I just so happened to witness it and capture it on watercolor camera last week. Enjoy. Artist's Notes: It started out as a pencil sketch, then watercolor and finished off with some Photoshop enhancements. illustrator watercolorist watercolour photoshop
uniE621 MA Racing Orange Cone Characters
This is one character in a series of vector style characters for MA Racing. They were to be used as decals for the racing cars and various promotional materials. illustrator designer graphicdesigner logo
    uniE621 Slingshot Zombie Killer
This digital painting was inspired by the work of Jörg Sprave of the YouTube channel, The Slingshot Channel. illustrator designer digitalartist
uniE608 Mr. Squeezy's Lament - Animated Walk Cycle
Here was my process for animatiing "Mr. Squeezy's Lament". The subject was The Ministry of Silly Walk Cycles. animator videoeditor characterdesigner voiceactor
uniE621 Fishmouth Mcfarlane Caught Red Handed
Well, ole Fishmouth Mcfarlane seems to be in trouble again. Can you guess who’s coming for him? He surely has the look of guilt in his eyes. Of maybe he’s just about the be abducted. Artist's Notes: The original pencil sketch was a really simple sketch. I wanted to focus more on the color and textures. Once I had the pencil base, I scanned it in to Photoshop and everything else just seemed to fall into place. illustrator watercolorist pencilsketcher characterdesigner photoshop digitalartist
    uniE621 Leaping Gnome
Breaking the perception of perceived Gnomen Culture; Jason, doning the clothes of his birth, leaped to embrace the light of eternal inspiration. That was a good day. Artist's Notes: This originally started out as study of dance forms. The final piece, colour, textures and effects, were completely digital. uniE621 Cats Do Dream (Ice cream dreams)
This is why cats sleep so much. It’s not the sun beams or the window sills… it’s the catnip laden dreams. This is well known in cat circles. 🤔 Artist's Notes: The original sketch did in fact start originate from a dream. pencilsketch watercolor animalart cats catart dreams icecream
uniE621 The Adventurous Elefantino in The Case of Missing Pants
This guy’s name is Elefantino. He obviously has issues with wearing pants. His favourite activity is going on underpants adventures with his three friends fly, fly and Eddie Lizzard. Join them as they go on adventures of epically sarcastic proportions! Artist's Notes: Taking the original pencil sketch, I then transferred it to watercolor paper and painted it. I then scanned it in to enhance the colors and give it some interesting textures. The original pencil sketch happened on vacation. While sketching near the bar, as I usually do, a man walked by in a very tiny speedo with a large key. The legend of Elefantino was born. illustrator watercolorist sketcher pencilsketch watercolor digital photoshopartist digitalartist
    uniE621 My Pet Fly
As the story goes... With the last remaining hair from Larry’s head, Kevin thought it would be funny to tie it around his waste and fly away with it. Little did Kevin know, Larry would get the last laugh. Artist's Notes: In the original pencil sketch, Larry looked a little serpent-like. Mostly because of his large shell of a head. He is definitely a unique human-alien-reptile hybrid. I elaborated on the alien reptile theme by adding a lumpy scale-like texture, a nice deep green as well as odd tubing and compartments as if they were actually functional parts of his space suit. illustration reptile watercolor comic fly humor pencilsketch
