As a filmmaker, I have dedicated my projects to making a difference. My first short film I wrote and directed is “I will wait for you from the other side” filmed in 2011. The film is based on a true story filmed in (3) nights with a zero budget and some caritative souls. The film received five (5) nominations and one (1) award as “Best Short film” at Pensilvania Festival, Colombia. My second short film was the experimental "SMARTPHOBIA" (2013) shortlisted in SITGES Film Festival, Spain and Screened at Fox Play Horror Month. As a writer and director, I already accomplished to be shortlisted two times at the Cannes Film Festival and won a Gold Award at the Telly Awards in 2022. Currently, I live in Florida where I am working as a documentary filmmaker with major global broadcasters including the BBC, CNN, Bloomberg, Business Insider, 60 Second Docs, The New York Post, among others.
