    uniE613 The Strines Nightingale
The Strines Nightingale is a countryside pub located next to Marple in Manchester’s outskirts. It reopened after 3 years of abandonment to the wildlife. It’s a haven for hikers and cyclists in the heart of the Peak District. Formerly called The sportsman, its name was changed to The Strines Nightingale upon the story of a rogue and adventurous Nightingale in the old Calico Printers woods (Nightingales rarely pass north of the home counties) which attracted crowds of thousands to hear it’s midnight song over two weeks in the May of 1862. With music being the main attraction, what’s better than a singing bird to represent the essence of this place. The logo was designed to look like a woodcut print, a very popular technique used in ancient times to pass on tales. With a nightingale bird singing at the center of the picture surrounded by nature fighting in between night and day and a mystic font at the bottom, it brings on a new image for a whole new page of the Nightingale fable in the little village of Strines. graphicdesigner illustrator
    uniE608 Mars Wrigley
As the sustainable sourcing movement grows across procurement and supply chains, companies of every size are transforming their practices to comply with these now-global objectives. Mars Wrigley, the multinational food manufacturer, is one of those companies. Yet the reality is cocoa communities are not all thriving today and continue to face a series of challenges: from poverty to child labor to deforestation to pests and diseases. In this video, we illustrate the challenges the cocoa sector faces and what Mars is doing to accelerate the transformation towards a cocoa supply chain that works both for people and the planet. video advert explainervideo animator
    uniE608 Knowledge Management
Knowledge management (KM) is the collection of methods relating to creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information of an organization. La Poste is a postal service company in France. La Poste is a parent company of the Groupe La Poste, which also comprises a bank and insurance company (La Banque postale), a logistics service company (Geopost) and a mobile network operator (La Poste Mobile). It’s no wonder with that many fields of expertise and that many employees they had to find a way for coworkers to share their knowledge. This video explains to employees how they could learn new skills, improve productivity and mutualize their expertise with these knowledge management tools. explainervideo video advert animator
uniE608 Biclou - Le Parisien x Facebook Watch
« Biclou » in familiar language signify a bicycle, but it’s also the name of the web series of Le Parisien (french newspaper) in partnership with Facebook Watch. It’s a weekly series about the usage of bikes and their societal aspect to create more eco friendly cities. My role was to create the branding of the whole project with graphic elements that could be used by the journalists themselves and also some short motion graphics sequences to display information or explain some point in a more accurate or ludic way. video animator
    uniE608 Serenity Pack
wThe purpose of that short motion graphic video is to show potential clients of Fnac and Darty what could happen if they don’t subscribe to the serenity pack which provides them with a 100Gb Cloud and a Data protection app. The video is divided into two parts. The first one is showing what happens when your phone gets stolen / broke / lost. The other one is about a woman shopping online who got hacked. This project is now displayed in the Fnac and Darty stores in France. For this project I created the illustrations and animated them and also helped at the creation of the script. video filmdirector animator
    uniE608 La poste
This project is a web series of 8 videos for the post office in France on the subject of the ecology of the attention. How digital advertising might not be the best move for your company and how the war for attention it’s also causing anxiety to people and hurting the planet with too many useless notifications. It states that the print could be a more caring solution to stay in touch with you customers. To make those videos we were 3 people, two motion graphics designers and a video editor. My role as co-motion graphic designer was to search for images and animations that would help the speaker statements being understood by everybody and also create some full motion graphic sequences to highlight some more important informations. video explainervideo animator
uniE608 Au cœur du crime teaser
This project was a teaser for a series of podcasts about the little Gregory’s case by the french newspaper L’obs. This podcast interviews several people like journalists, lawyers, policemen, victims … And they reflect on their actions at the time of the investigations. For this project my role was to give people the desire to listen to the whole series of podcasts with graphic images and clever transitions. I worked alongside the print art director to make sure the images were powerful. video animator
uniE608 The Curling explained in less than 1 minute
I made this project in collaboration with a journalist from french newspaper l’Obs for the launch of the olympics games in Pyeongchang. The goal was to explain the principles of curling in less than 1 minute. Curling isn’t that complicated. In fact it’s quite like … la pétanque! The purpose is to send a 20kg granite stone into a target called “house”. Each team has four players. The laucher propels the stone with the curl effect. Two players sweep around the stone. By rubbing the ice, they affect the path and the speed of the stone. The fourth player is called the skip, he guides his teammates : He is the captain of the team. My role with projects like that, projects with short deadlines is to create efficient and understandable graphics in the little amount of time that i’m allowed. video explainervideo animator
    uniE608 Groupama - Internal management
This project was about internal management of the insurance company. The goal was to create a 4 minutes inclusive video on the well being of the workplace. It’s divided into 3 littles scenes that represent what could happen and how to react. This video was meant to be used for a presentation but also to raise individual awareness between the co-workers. My role for this project was to guide them along the writing of the scripts making sure that their stories were easy to understand and to illustrate them. video explainervideo animator video explainervideo animator
uniE608 The offside rule in less than 90 secondes
I made this project in collaboration with a journalist from french newspaper l’Obs for the launch of the Football World Cup in Russia in 2018. It explains the offside rule in less than 1 minute. Thanks to that project I now understand why people scream at the referee when they disagree on this rule. My role was to take the text from the journalist and to make it understood by a wider range of people with simple graphics examples. video explainervideo animator
