Stephan Boissonneault is a filmmaker and videographer from Montreal, QC.
An arts journalist turned filmmaker, with a tremendous passion for everything to do with sound, his films usually centre around music or some aspect of it. He has produced, directed, and written one feature-length documentary titled, It Could Happen Here—about the eclectic FME music festival. During his time at Concordia, he wrote, directed, and produced two short narrative films, “Presto, Lucy”, and “Chlorine.” He is currently working on the pre-production of an upcoming documentary, “The Healing Beat,” about the relationship between the brain, sound, and dementia.
