This included spearheading the development of multiple courses for staff, creating an internal wiki site within Sharepoint, managing the LMS platform, on-boarding new staff and pioneering new resource materials using the Adobe Creative Cloud platform. This role also encompassed a large element of graphic and UX design where I rebranded the company including the website, created flow charts, diagrams or edited videos for staff training. Being a self-motivated individual, I have many transferable skills and experience such as graphic design, retail management, carpentry and coaching.
