I have over 15 years of experience in video production and other media practices. After completing a degree in Media Production, I obtained a pair of NVQ qualifications in Camera Assistance and Editing. This 'on-the-job' training involved producing regular local news and magazine programmes for a cable TV channel. After a brief stint as a freelancer following this, I went on to work for Blueprint Film, where I stayed for over 13 years. At Blueprint, I produced a wide range of work, shooting and editing corporate videos, documentaries, event coverage, short films and a feature film (editing only) and running filmmaking workshops within the community. Wishing to work for myself after running Blueprint's Lincoln office alone for a while, I left the company and set up DCB Productions to offer out my video and multimedia skills to Lincolnshire and beyond.
