I don’t really do caffeine like that so I used this in my water and It was actually really good, WITHOUT any sweeteners! I would say to actually use the 1 Tsp of the actual product (as directed on the back of the bag) & not the scooper tool that It comes with, to make It last longer and you will get your money’s worth, commonly it’s said to be on the pricier side, but, to me, obviously the more liquidity your drink is the more of the product you will have to use for taste! Other than that, you’re free to get this product and it’s best to use It for your daily regimens.
