    uniE621 TheHut.com x Charlotte Greedy product range
I had the opportunity to design a homeware product range for a collaboration between The Hut and Charlotte Greedy, a prominent social media influencer. This project served multiple purposes: it was a promotional strategy for The Hut’s in-house homeware brand, inHome, and a way to show appreciation to their top-performing influencers. Utilising the in-house print- on-demand facility, we minimised any risk associated with excess stock. Charlotte provided a moodboard for inspiration, which included her preferred colors, patterns, and existing products that resonated with her style. Drawing from this, I designed a product range where each piece complemented the others. The intention was to encourage customers to purchase more than one item, maximising the opportunity for upselling. This project combined strategic design, collaboration with an influencer, and the innovative use of in-house resources, culminating in a uniquely tailored range that reflected the influencer’s taste while appealing to a broader customer base.
    uniE621 Cycling Beer Mats
In a self-initiated project, I embarked on visualising popular bike races in the form of beer mats. This endeavour provided me with an opportunity to explore typography, colour, and visual style, while carefully incorporating essential information about each race into the designs. My goal was to strike a balance where cycling enthusiasts would appreciate the cleverness, while ensuring the designs remained approachable for novices, avoiding overwhelming them with excessive facts. One of the designs, called “Hell Of The North,” pays homage to the infamous one-day race, Paris-Roubaix. Drawing inspiration from the race’s association with the colour red, I added subtle touches to evoke a beer mat aesthetic, enhancing its overall appeal.
    uniE621 MyProtein Calendar
Creating a flip wall calendar for MyProtein was a unique project that I undertook. This calendar was intended as a bonus giveaway for orders exceeding £50 during a particular promotional period. The calendar was an amalgamation of various elements designed to maintain customer engagement. It contained an array of recipes, exercise recommendations, and strategic promotions to encourage repeat visits to MyProtein’s website. The promotions were carefully planned to remain relevant each month of the year. This task demonstrated my capability to manage substantial amounts of text and imagery while strictly adhering to the brand guidelines, providing a blend of creativity and consistency. In addition to the design work, I was also responsible for preparing the artwork for print. This project in its entirety highlighted my ability to navigate complex design tasks from inception to completion. graphicdesigner illustrator
    uniE621 IWOOT.com Father's Day Campaign Design
As the Creative Lead at IWOOT.com, I was tasked with creating compelling imagery to showcase new products for Father’s Day sales. To cater to our typical shoppers, who are predominantly women, and considering the popularity of products with cheeky sayings, the shoot aimed for a balanced and clean aesthetic rather than an overly masculine approach. Featured products included top-sellers like the ‘DILF’ mug and whiskey barrel, while adhering to IWOOT.com’s creative brand guidelines. When briefing our internal studio photography team, I ensured that the deliverables encompassed image sizes suitable for both website and social media platforms. Additionally, the placement of products was strategically coordinated by myself to ensure they wouldn’t be cropped out when utilised for various banner sizes. In addition, as the Creative Lead at IWOOT.com, I collaborated closely with various category buyers to gather a curated list of products for the Father’s Day campaign. Working with the wireframe provided by the marketing and trading teams, I carefully selected products that would visually complement each other. To ensure the quality and suitability of the products, I ordered samples and maintained continuous communication with the photography studio throughout the process. This close coordination helped ensure the smooth execution of the campaign’s creative vision. graphicdesigner
    uniE621 NASA x IWOOT.com Anniversary Product Range
When I was given the exciting opportunity to collaborate with NASA and IWOOT on a capsule collection commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing, it encompassed a range of clothing, metal prints and a limited edition screenprint. The collection leveraged our internal print-on-demand facilities, allowing for flexibility in production. With the license granting me artistic freedom, I embarked on designing a limited edition three-color screen print that incorporated a unique twist that I couldn’t find done before: the moon element was printed using glow-in-the-dark ink. The design aimed to be simple, stylish, and appeal to a wide audience, including both space enthusiasts and young couples seeking eye-catching pieces for their homes. Mindful of IWOOT’s diverse customer base, I strived to create items with broad appeal. Each of the 100 prints was individually numbered, adding a personal touch. Within just 48 hours, my hopes were validated as they sold out, confirming its strong consumer appeal. In addition to the design aspect, I meticulously prepared all artwork for print, including separating the colors. This project was a true manifestation of my passion for design and ability to bring a concept to life.
    uniE621 SKinHQ Freelance Design Work
As the sole freelance graphic designer for a private aesthetic clinic called SkinHQ, I produced an array of digital content. This ranged from graphics, GIFs, and layered video animations for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Beyond social media, I was also responsible for designing their quarterly presentations for management meetings, as well as handling various printed documentation. My role spanned both print and web design, which allowed me to broaden my skills and showcase my versatility. Inside the clinics, my work came to life through a-boards, wall art, and informational cards. Simultaneously, I created online content that included website banners, infographics for Instagram, and promotional graphics. The pace was always brisk, with graphic requests often requiring a 24-hour turnaround. This environment honed my ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines, making every project an exciting challenge. graphicdesigner
