    birdies & buddies is an organization that my brothers and I founded in 2012 that is dedicated to providing a fun and inclusive environment where individuals of mixed abilities can make meaningful friendships through playing badminton, an easily adaptable and innately social sport. ​ This project focuses on the creation of a scalable framework for badminton events under the title of "birdies & buddies" with the intention that these events can be reproduced in schools or communities across the state of CT, and perhaps further, as they will be provided with all instructions, materials, and equipment to do so.
