Hi, my name is Emme Patat and I am a film/video editor and producer from Greenville, South Carolina. Currently, I am a senior at Elon University majoring in Cinema & Television Arts. I am a film/video editor with 7 years of experience, and a film producer with over a year of experience. I have been the head editor for a total of 4 student short films, and will be editing 2 thesis films this spring. Summer 2023, I worked for an ÉCU: The European Independent Film Festival in Paris, France as a video production intern. I was required to edit short-form content for the various social media accounts to promote the festival and many articles that the website posted. I have experience with MovieMagic scheduling creating script breakdowns and strip boards for scheduling films. I worked for an independent film company called Midnight Lantern Productions this past summer in Los Angeles, California as a production intern creating script breakdowns, strip boards, and pitch decks. I was also the producer for a student short film fall 2023. Whether short-form content for social media or narrative films for a personal project, I love to help in anyway that I can.
