Hello! My name is Ethan—nice to meet you. Let’s start from the very beginning; it’s a very good place to start. I grew up in a musical household. My dad was a worship pastor and choir conductor (now he’s a painter), and my mom was a drama and vocal teacher before deciding to homeschool me and my siblings. Growing up homeschooled was an amazing experience for me because it allowed me to focus on music. I’m classically trained in piano and trumpet and started learning how to write, produce, and record music when I was 14—it’s all I’ve ever wanted to do! After high school, I moved to Tulsa, OK, to be a music intern at Church on the Move, where I worked from 2012 to 2024. At Church on the Move, I continued producing music and composing for short stories, promos, Christmas productions—you name it! During my time there, I also learned how to be a music director (MD), which became my official title for 10 years. In 2015, I married my wife, Jaymee. We live in Broken Arrow with our two cats, Cheddar and Moose, and our five chickens: Clementine, Matilda, Petunia, Elphaba, and Glinda.
