Hi, my name is Janine, I'm 35 years old and I'm passionate about Design, in fact, about life. I live in Florianópolis and I have healthy habits, I go to the gym, I eat healthy food and finally, I consider myself somewhat methodical. But, to find out about my design skills, I will transcribe my journey, an experience that continues to be filled with creativity and refinement. Long before I entered in the area, at the age of ten, I painted pictures with acrylic paint, my father, civil engineer and plastic artist, Kiko Stotz, taught me a lot about light, shadow, chromatic composition and tonal depth. Designing is not just composing beautiful things, it is understanding the public, the brand, meeting a need, optimizing language, simplifying information, taking advantage of all the knowledge about Gestalt and Neuro design to then know how to communicate. Finally, it is knowing how to work as a team, share ideas and knowledge, listen to feedback, make improvements, and arrive at a result that is at least overwhelming. Along my professional and educational path, i can development skills about metodology projects, being Design Thinking (user centred design), my focus. Other capabilites have also been improved, such as, organization, anality look, Project management, art Direction and human relationship. I have performed my work in large corporations, joint ventures, startups and design labs. These environments allowed me to be more proactive, which directly corroborated my ability to manage my projects. I developed brads for campaigns such as GNV, which runs in Santa Catarina, Marketing and Comunication Forum of Braziliam Natural Gas Distributors, A Gas for Social among others. I worked in Photo Studio and image editing laboratory. I managed internal production organization spreadsheets, meetings with the comercial team and was in direct contact with managers, art directors and CEOS. I had good experiences related to horizontal management and I share this culture. During my academic period, I developed 04 Product Design Projects. All based on the Design Thinking methodology. Three of these projects are related to smart, innovative, inclusive and versatile products, comprinsing áreas of UI and UX design (online product). I have more Knowledge in Photoshop, Ilustrator, After Effects and Figma; Reasonable knowledge of Premier, Media Encoder, D360 Fusion, Z-Brush and Blender. I consider myself multidisciplinar, but I have a lot of practice creating attractive layouts, interesting brands, and last but not least, I am specializing in digital product management. I love design, so I thought it was important to explore various segments within the area. Research, methodology, creativity and development are certainly pillars that strengthen more accurate results.
