Project Objectives: User-Centric Design: Develop a website with a focus on user experience, ensuring ease of navigation and accessibility for all users. Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure the website is fully responsive and provides an optimal viewing experience across all devices. Lead Generation: Integrate contact forms and call-to-action buttons to capture leads and inquiries from potential clients. SEO Optimization: Optimize the website for search engines to increase visibility and drive organic traffic. Content Management System (CMS): Implement a CMS to allow the client to easily update property listings and website content. Design and Development Process: Discovery Phase: Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand the client’s vision, goals, and target audience. Performed competitive analysis to identify industry standards and opportunities for differentiation. Design Phase: Developed wireframes and prototypes to establish the website’s structure and layout. Created a clean and modern visual design that reflects TNT Real Estate’s brand identity. Ensured an intuitive user interface with easy-to-navigate menus and clear call-to-action buttons.
