With a B.A. in Public Relations, Grant started his career as a Social Media Manager over eight years ago and holds key strengths in data-driven social media strategy and management, platform best practices, trend monitoring, XFN communication, and reporting. Along with working on high-profile social accounts at Google, DocuSign and Meta, he has worked in both agency and in-house environments with roles the same as this need. Frequently as the POC for social channels, he has lead social strategy, development of content calendars, copywriting while maintaining a consistent voice, trend monitoring and technical execution via XFN relationships with creatives, producers and PMM’s. Additionally, all of his roles have included reviewing published content to ensure QA, and community moderation (via external agency at Meta) in case of escalation needs.
Provided his experience with moderation(Khoros), he has also worked directly with leadership and C-Suite executives in executing crisis communications for Meta and DocuSign. Often times he was the initial source of flagging, then quick to alert the appropriate party to ensure efficient resolution. To enable XFN success, he thrives off of thoughtful, strategic communication along with technical skills to run multiple projects at once.
