Managed the company's rebranding, to reposition it as a premium solution provider.
Spearheaded vertical expansion by introducing new solutions beyond just web design, including SEO, CMS (Content Management System), and multimedia.
Built partnerships in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to reduce dependency on the local Jordanian market.
Designed an affiliate program.
Developed a content marketing plan for SEO and PR, including speaking at different events and media outlets. This increased the company’s SERP ranking, brand awareness, and brand authority within the industry.
