I'm Rafiusams Prottoy, I have over 1.5 years of experience in UI/UX design. I have had the opportunity to work with a custom software development company where I got the experience to work on Charge On-site, Memory Lane (Memoirs), and Raise The Grade projects. I was working to enhance the user experience and improved my ability to solve the problem. I had the opportunity to collaborate with 6 developers and 3 testers (QA). There the working process was followed. The working process was very professional. First of all, we had sprint meetings with developers, designers, and project managers. Basically, our project was followed by a double-diamond process. We designers used to discuss our problems through whiteboard sketching and find solutions keeping in mind the benefits to both the user and the business. We completed our work and submitted the daily tasks to the client through Scrum. Our working environment was very friendly and we enjoyed our work a lot. I created social media posts and social media banners and I wrote SRS for the company support.
