uniE613 Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital
Mount Sinai, Kravis Children's Hospital, offers the most advanced diagnostics, treatments, and technologies available in every area of pediatrics because the health and care of your child are our priority. Founded in 1878 by Abraham Jacobi, MD, as the first pediatric department within a hospital in New York City, Kravis has been caring for children and adolescents for over 130 years. Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital has earned a prestigious spot among the country's top children's hospitals, as recognized by U.S. News & World Report in its 2023-2024 "Best Children's Hospitals" rankings. This accolade is a testament to their commitment to providing exceptional care. Their most highly ranked specialties are diabetes and endocrinology, gastroenterology and GI surgery, nephrology, and neurology and neurosurgery, demonstrating our expertise and dedication to your child's health. As part of this project, I am tasked with enhancing and expanding the existing visual element. This is crucial in developing a more robust and flexible visual identity system. The aim is to ensure the design effectively communicates its message and creates a meaningful impact, enhancing the overall experience for patients and their families. The butterfly serves as a critical visual device, creating an environment that fosters positivity, healing, and happiness and symbolizing young patients' transformative journeys toward recovery. The playful and whimsical aesthetic, with its bright colors, playful patterns, and imaginative elements, captures the audience's attention and sparks their creativity. It can create a visually stimulating and engaging environment that distracts from the stress and anxiety often associated with medical settings. https://www.twine.net/signin Role: Art Director Project: Visual Identity
    uniE613 Shaq Moore Foundation
Shaq Moore is an American professional football player who plays as a right-back for Nashville SC, and the United States Men's national team. Moore was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and was an IMG Academy alumnus during his youth. Moore represented the United States at the U-17, U-18, and U-20 levels. He captained the U-17s in 2012–13, including at the 2013 CONCACAF U-17 Championship, and played with the U-20s at the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup and the senior team at Qatar's 2022 FIFA World Cup. My role on this project is to develop a brand identity that can be extendable from his brand to his foundation, whose mission is "to positively affect the lives of kids and young adults through soccer, educational and community initiatives. The logo expresses the foundation's focus on providing opportunities to the people in the communities. I integrated an infinity sign in the "o" s of Moore, representing infinite possibilities and assistance for youth and families to pursue their dreams and impact the world. The shape of the infinity sign also becomes the visual device in the whole identity system by using it in many different ways. I also play with the last name Moore = More in the language to convey that more good things happen among people and communities through soccer. https://www.twine.net/signin Project: Visual Identity Role: Art Director
