Based in Lagos, I am currently employed at Student Personal Development Hub (SPDH) as a member of the Media & Content Team, where I am responsible for leading design efforts for various activities. My journey as a product designer began at a young age, as I was fascinated by the power of color and composition. I started drawing and creating paper sketches, experimenting with different color combinations to create visually appealing designs. This passion led me to pursue a 2nd-Class Two-Year degree honors in Software Engineering at the Digital Bridge Institute. During my studies, I discovered that my love for design and my technical background in software development could be combined to create truly impactful products. My goal as a product designer is to use my skills to make a positive impact in the technology, cryptocurrency, non-profit education, open source technologies, UX Design, UI Design, and game development sectors. I have a deep understanding of the design process, from conducting user research and creating concept sketches, to developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. I am fluent in various tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Pen pot, UXPin, Lunacy, After Effects, and am proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. In my free time, I take on personal design projects to expand my skill set and stay up to date on the latest design trends. I also enjoy watching Hollywood movies, listening to music (Pop and Country) on Spotify, checking out other UX designers' work, and watching YouTube videos.
